You will not be able to log into the website until 9:00 AM on 4/14. If you visit before that time, it will show that no spots are available.

How to Sign Up

1. Log in to the website on Tuesday, April 14 2. Choose a time for us to call you (callbacks will take place May 4 through May 7) 3. Enter the best phone number to reach you and the name of the person we will be scheduling with 4. A staff member from Therapy Time for K.I.D.S. will call you at your selected time

Important Reminders

*Please choose a time you are available, as we will call you at your selected time

*Our scheduler has back-to-back calls. If you miss your call, we will return your call when we are next available

*Calls are brief, so please have multiple scheduling options ready

*Only one callback time is needed per family (no need to sign up for each child)

*The callback time reserves a time for our staff to call you. Therapy appointments are scheduled during the call and are not guaranteed until the call takes place

*Summer therapy appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, so earlier callback times may have more availability

*Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee the same therapist, day, or time as your child’s school-year schedule

Summer Session Dates: The summer schedule runs the week of June 8, 2026, through August 20, 2026.

Additional Information

*Only current TTFKIDS clients may sign up for a callback time

*Families of new clients may begin scheduling on May 11, 2026

*Each child may have one weekly appointment after 3:00 PM After 3:00 PM Appointment Availability: Appointments after 3:00 PM are very limited and in high demand. To ensure as many families as possible have access to these times, we offer one appointment after 3:00 PM per child.

This allows us to distribute available times fairly across all families. If additional openings become available after 3:00 PM, we will reach out to families who are interested in adding more.

Missed the Sign-Up? If you do not schedule a call-back on April 14, you will need to wait until May 11 to call the office to set up summer appointments.
