Welcome to the Union Canal Elementary Parent-teacher conference scheduling system for the 2026-2027 school year! The first step is registration. Step 2 is scheduling the conference time(s).

Step 1: Please begin by selecting the homeroom teacher(s) with whom you would like to schedule a conference. Note: You may request additional conferences with any number of teachers from the multi-grade and/or specialist sections (i.e. Specials, Reading Intervention, Learning Support). Then, click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom right to continue with the registration process. When you have submitted all of the information requested, you will be registered.

Step 2: An email will be sent to you with an embedded link to click on to complete the scheduling process. On the Time Picker page, you will see the available conference times for the teacher(s) you chose. On this page select the times for your conference(s) and click on the confirm selections button at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

The PTCFast system will send you a confirmation email with you appointment times.
