Welcome to the Union Canal Elementary parent-teacher conference scheduling system for the 2023-2024 School Year! The first step is registration. Step 2 is scheduling the conference time(s).

Step 1: Please begin by selecting the teacher(s) with whom you would like to schedule a conference. Note: parents must first select their child's Grade Level Homeroom Teacher and up to one more related teacher of your child, * Special Subject Area * Title I Reading Support * Other Related Services (Special Education, ESL, Speech, Gifted Education). Then, click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom right to continue with the registration process. When you have submitted all of the information requested, you will be registered.

Step 2: An email will be sent to you with an embedded link to click on to complete the scheduling process. On the "Time Picker" page, you will see the available conference times for the teacher(s) you chose. On this page select the times for your conference(s) and click on the confirm selections button at the bottom right hand corner of the screen. IF YOU WILL NEED A SPANISH INTERPRETER FOR YOUR CONFERENCE, THERE IS AN INTERPRETER AVAILABLE Please make a note of that in comments. Note: You may request additional conferences with any number of teachers from the Multi-grade and/or Specialist sections.
