Welcome to the PHSCC 2024 Parent/Teacher Conference sign-up.

Please begin by choosing one conference: check the box next to any one of your student’s teachers, then follow the link at the bottom to register your name and contact information. This will create a registration for the website, and you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to choose appointment times. On that same page, you will then be able to add additional conferences, change your registration, or change/add additional appointments.

If you need an interpreter for your child’s parent-teacher conference, please complete the following form by 10/18/24: https://forms.gle/EfBLab5tnHwy9Pbj7.

If you need a list of your student's teachers, you will find that information on the PSD202 Home Access Center at https://www.psd202.org/page/hac. If you do not have your Home Access Center login or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at: (815)436-3200.
