Dear Northern Lebanon Middle School Families, The end to this challenging 2019-2020 school year is quickly approaching. With that said, I want to thank all middle school students and their families for their patience, hard work, and flexibility since our school district moved to online planned instruction on April 14. Teachers will be finalizing grades at the end of this week and we wish to close out the current school year by providing students with an opportunity to clean out their locker and turn in any school library books and classroom textbooks.

Northern Lebanon Middle School will be open on Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 11, from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM for students to clean out their lockers and return school library books and classroom textbooks. Due to existing health guidelines, we must limit the number of students permitted to enter the middle school at one time to a total of ten students per each ten-minute time slot. For their safety, students will not be permitted to enter the middle school without being scheduled for a ten- minute time slot on either June 10 or June 11. Families must sign their middle school child up using the following PTCFast link: https://ptcfast.com/schools/Northern_Lebanon_Middle_School and choose a ten-minute time slot to access the building on either Wednesday, June 10 or Thursday, June 11.

A few considerations when visiting the middle school during your scheduled appointment time: ●If your child has already cleaned out their locker back in April and turned in all school library and classroom textbooks, please do not schedule them to visit the middle school.

●Parents, please pull curbside or park in the middle school parking lot and remain in your vehicle. Please allow your child to enter through the main entrance of the middle school as the doors will be open. ●The Middle School Administration and Middle School Secretary will allow students who have scheduled a ten-minute time slot to enter the building during their scheduled time slot to clean out their locker and turn in any school library books and classroom textbooks. ●Consistent with Pennsylvania Health Department requirements, students entering the middle school must wear some type of face covering or mask and practice social distancing. Students should not congregate with their friends during their visit to the middle school. The school will provide hand sanitizer stations for students as they enter and leave the building.

●There will be assistance inside the middle school to supervise students and assist them with opening their locker if they forget their locker combination.
