Back-to-School Interview Day Sign-Up

Your child's classroom assignment is included in an email sent to you on Monday, August 17th.

Please complete the following for each of your students:

Sign up for a Back-to-School Interview with their assigned teacher/homeroom teacher.

Sign up for a Vision & Hearing Screening appointment.
