Over the past few years of conducting both in-person and virtual conferences, our team has learned that in-person conferences are far superior than online whenever possible. The opportunity that in-person conferences bring for us to connect with the parents of the children in our classrooms is priceless. It is our team’s strong preference to meet in-person, however, for rare circumstances in which a Google Meet conference will be necessary due to a hardship, please indicate that request by clicking on the box at the bottom of the list of available conference times that states: Please indicate here if you have a hardship that will not allow you to attend your conference in-person. As a reminder, it is our team's strong preference to meet in-person. After clicking, please type in the words: "virtual conference." Your teacher will provide you with a Google Meet link prior to the conference.

If your child receives Reading Support with Mrs. Fournier, rather than attempt to schedule a conference at the time time on Mrs. Fournier’s page and your child’s homeroom teacher’s page, instead, please book a conference with Mrs. Fournier and your child’s homeroom teacher separately. Reading Support families should look for a separate communication from Mrs. Fournier with more details.

If your child receives any of the following services: Learning Support, Autistic Support, EL, Speech, or Gifted Support, the specialists would like to be a part of your child's parent-teacher conference. In order for specialists to attend, you must go into all of these teachers’ conference scheduling tools and register for the same time slot for the classroom teacher AND the specialist(s) when scheduling your conference. We highly recommend that families in this situation request their conference between 1:00 PM - 3:40 PM on 3/20 & 3/21.

Although many of our 3rd-5th grade students switch classes for math, please do not select a time block to meet with your child’s math teacher as there are not enough conference times available to accommodate that number of meetings.

If you cannot find a time that works for you within the teacher’s conference schedule, do not have access to the internet, or want to schedule a conference with another teacher other than your child’s homeroom teacher, please contact the teacher directly to schedule a time.
