Welcome to the Avon Heritage School Parent-Teacher Conference scheduling system.

Please select your child’s homeroom teacher only (3rd & 4th grade). Parents of a 5th grader may pick up to two teachers. If you would like to have a conference with an intervention specialist or specials teacher, please put a check next to teacher’s name. You will receive a confirmation e-mail; in which you will then select the conference time slots that are available for each teacher.
