Welcome to the Fort Zumwalt South Middle School parent teacher conference scheduling system. The South Middle School conferences are scheduled for Tuesday, October 17th from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Wednesday, October 18th from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM. This year, our team/core teachers are meeting in pairs. Our off team teachers which include elective teachers, special education, physical education, reading, GATE and ESOL teachers are meeting with parents individually.

In order to ensure that all of our parents have an opportunity to meet with team teachers,

PLEASE SELECT ONLY ONE TEAM TEACHER APPOINTMENT.

You will be provided information from all four of your child's core classes regardless of which pair of team teachers you select. If you select multiple team appointments, your appointment will be removed from one of the 2 team selections.

You may sign up for off team teachers in addition to your team appointment.

Our conferences will be held * IN PERSON * this year. All conferences will be held for 15 minutes. You will receive appointment reminders from the PTCFast.com website.

If you are unable to attend your student's conference in person, you may request a virtual appointment by calling Dan Huinker in the counseling office at (636) 281-0776. Virtual appointments are only available on Wednesday, October 18th between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Reserve your time slot first and then call Mr. Huinker to request the virtual conference option.

The South Middle School PTC Fast website will begin closing for new appointments on Friday, October 13th so our teachers can prepare for your conference. Be sure to set up your conference schedule as early as possible.
