Welcome to Fairfield High School conference scheduling. FHS uses this online scheduling service in order to streamline the process for parents/guardians.
All conferences at the high school are by appointment only with each individual teacher and held in 15-minute increments. Please be considerate of teachers & staffs time; if you feel the need for additional time outside of the standard conference appointment, please contact your student’s teacher or guidance counselor directly to see what arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs.
Please, DO NOT sign up with multiple teachers for the same time slot – CONFERENCES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED.
PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGN UPS:
Sign-ups for the THURSDAY September 18, 2025 conference date will start on TUESDAY 8/26/2025 at 8am. You will not be able to sign up for conferences before this date & time.
The LAST DAY to register for conferences will be on MONDAY 09/15/2025 3pm.
**Please note: meetings with a guidance counselor or administration are independent from conferences and cannot be scheduled through this site.

Senior High Conference Dates:
September 18, 2025 / October 16, 2025 / December 4, 2025 / February 12, 2026
You will be asked to select the event and then enter your names and email. The system will then send you a link to choose your appointment time(s). From that link you may add or change times.
