Welcome to Fairfield High School conference scheduling. FHS uses this online scheduling service in order to streamline the process for parents/guardians.

All conferences at the high school are by appointment only with each individual teacher and held in 15-minute increments. Please be considerate of teachers & staffs time; if you feel the need for additional time outside of the standard conference appointment, please contact your student’s teacher or guidance counselor directly to see what arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs.

Please, DO NOT sign up with multiple teachers for the same time slot – CONFERENCES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED.

PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGN UPS:

Sign-ups for the February 13, 2025 conference date will start on MONDAY 01/13/2025 at 9am. You will not be able to sign up for conferences before this date & time.

The LAST DAY to register for conferences will be on MONDAY 02/10/2025 3pm.

**Please note: meetings with a guidance counselor or administration are independent from conferences and cannot be scheduled through this site.
