Welcome to the Bali Island School Conference scheduling system. Please refer to these IMPORTANT NOTES:

** For those of you registering MORE THAN ONE child: Please select teachers for ONE of your children first. After registering one child, you will have an opportunity to add another child at the end of the process (See detailed instructions).

** The Primary Three Way Conferences will be held from Monday, Oct 6th, Wednesday, Oct 8th & Thursday, Oct 9th after school from 3:00 - 4:00 PM and Friday, Oct 10th (at your schedule time). Each session on campus will last for 15 minutes for Homeroom & Specialist teachers. Preschool students will have 20 minute conferences. Preschool students are welcome and encouraged to attend, but are not expected to ‘lead’ the conferences, as they are in K-G5.

In Kindergarten - 5, students will host a three-way conference. This will involve the student, parents and homeroom teachers. This is an opportunity to discuss your child’s growth, and any areas of concern. Thank you for supporting your child's learning through this conference and thank you for being on time at your scheduled session.

** Secondary will hold Parent Student Teacher Conferences on Friday, October 10, in the MPR (Multi-Purpose Room) and Library, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please note that there will be no classes on this day, and we expect students to attend the conferences together with the parents.

Each conference session will be 9 minutes, followed by a 3-minute transition time between meetings. We look forward to your participation and the valuable discussions that support your child’s learning journey.

You will be asked to select the event and then enter your names and email. The system will then send you a link to choose your appointment time(s). From that link you may add or change times.
