Welcome to the Bali Island School Conference scheduling system. Please refer to these IMPORTANT NOTES:

** For those registering MORE THAN ONE child: Please select teachers for ONE of your children first. After registering one child you will have an opportunity to add another child at the end of the process (See detailed instructions).

** The Student Led Conferences in Primary (Preschool - Grade 5) will be held on Wednesday, March 27th, 2024, on campus. Conferences will be held in individual classrooms and will involve a number of student families simultaneously rotating through different stations. The conferences with homeroom teacher should take between 40 to 45 minutes. While specialist work will be showcased within students portfolios in the homeroom class, there will also be the opportunity to meet the teachers for 10 minutes conferences by visiting the Specialist Classes (PE, Music, Math Enrichment, Library, Indo Studies, Language A and B). This can occur through sign ups in the PTCFast system. Thank you for supporting your child's learning through this conference and thank you for being on time for your scheduled session.

Note: For Grade 3/4 Class (Simran Sinha) please sign up the conference under Multi-grade section.

** Secondary will hold student conferences on Wednesday, March 27th, 2024. To accommodate the busy schedules of some of our parents, we will continue with a hybrid approach where face-to-face meetings will take place on campus in the morning starting from 08:00, and in the afternoon session starting from 13:00 until 16.30, we will offer online meetings via “Google Meets”. Access to the online meetings will be through your child’s SCHOOL Gmail account, not personal email accounts. They will be able to access the meeting link through their school calendars. These meetings are student driven, (student led conferences), and therefore, it is necessary that your child MUST attend, either face-to-face, or virtually. Thank you in anticipation for respecting everyone’s opportunity to converse by being prompt to the conference and keeping an eye on the clock.
