Welcome to the Bali Island School Conference scheduling system. Please refer to these IMPORTANT NOTES:

** For those registering MORE THAN ONE child: Please select teachers for ONE of your children first. After registering one child you will have an opportunity to add another child at the end of the process (See detailed instructions).

** The Student Led Conferences in Primary (Preschool - Grade 5) will be held on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026, on campus. Conferences will be held in individual classrooms and will involve a number of student families simultaneously rotating through different stations. The conferences with homeroom teacher should take between 40 to 45 minutes. There will also be the opportunity to meet the specialist teachers for 10 minutes conferences by visiting the Specialist Classes (PE, Swimming, Music, Math Enrichment, Library, Indo Studies, Language A and B). This can occur through sign ups in the PTCFast system. Thank you for supporting your child's learning through this conference and thank you for being on time for your scheduled session.

** Secondary will hold Parent Student Teacher Conferences on Thursday, April 2, in the Library, MPR (Multi-Purpose Room) and Rooms 35 (next to the MPR), 36 and 37 (Upstairs - MPR Area) from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please note that there will be no classes on this day, and we expect students to attend the conferences together with the parents.

Each conference session will be 9 minutes, followed by a 3-minute transition time between meetings. We look forward to your participation and the valuable discussions that support your child’s learning journey.
