Welcome to the Bali Island School Conference scheduling system. Please refer to these IMPORTANT NOTES:

** For those of you registering MORE THAN ONE child: Please select teachers for ONE of your children first. After registering one child, you will have an opportunity to add another child at the end of the process (See detailed instructions).

** The Primary Three Way Conferences will be held from Monday, Oct 5th, Wednesday, Oct 7th & Thursday, Oct 8th after school from 3:00 - 4:00 PM and Friday, Oct 9th from 8:00 to 4:00 PM (at your scheduled time). Each session on campus will last for 15 minutes for Homeroom & 10 minutes for Specialist Teachers. Preschool students will have 20 minute conferences. Preschool students are welcome and encouraged to attend, but are not expected to ‘lead’ the conferences, as they are in K-G5.

In Kindergarten - 5, students will host a three-way conference. This will involve the student, parents and homeroom teachers. This is an opportunity to discuss your child’s growth, and any areas of concern. Thank you for supporting your child's learning through this conference and thank you for being on time at your scheduled session.

As our teachers need time to prepare for each student’s Primary Three-Way Conference, the Primary booking system is now closed.

If you would like to book or reschedule a conference for your child on another day or at a different time, please contact your child’s teacher directly via Toddle or contact the Primary Office by email at primarysecretary@baliis.net.

** The Secondary Three Way Conferences on Friday, October 9th in the Library, MPR (Multi-Purpose Room), Rooms 35 (next to the MPR), 36 and 37 (Upstairs - MPR Area) from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please note that there will be no classes on this day, and we expect students to attend the conferences together with the parents.

Each conference session will be 9 minutes, followed by a 3-minute transition time between meetings. We look forward to your participation and the valuable discussions that support your child’s learning journey.
