Welcome to the Avon Middle School Parent-Teacher Conference scheduling system. February 2024 conferences will be in person. The majority of Conferences will be held on February 8, 2024, and February 15, 2024. Some teachers, however, will hold their conferences on February 6, 2024, February 7, 2024, and/or February 21, 2024, due to scheduling conflicts. Please check dates carefully. If you prefer a virtual conference, please email the teacher after you have selected your time slot and they will send you an invitation with a google meet link. To sign up for conferences, follow these steps.

1. Select each of the teachers you would like to have a conference with by checking their names and then submit.

2. Register your name and contact information by following the prompts. Complete all scheduling information required. Your student's name, your name, your phone number and email address are all very important parts of the sign up process. Student name, parent name and email are needed.

3. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a confirmation email, titled, "Select Date/Time for Teacher Conference Now". Choose one of the conference time slots that are available for each teacher selected.

4. After selecting your conference dates/times, you will receive a confirmation email. This will show the conference “Date/Time”, followed by “Location” which gives you the room at Avon Middle School where your conference will be held. You can reference all AMS Teacher emails on the website should you choose to request a virtual conference.

5. Be ready to attend each conference on time, a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We look forward to meeting everyone on our conference evenings!
