Enter your teachers' email addresses. They get a link providing access to their schedule (with whatever rights level you select).
PTCfast creates a custom booking page just for your school, where parents self-register and pick times. All you need to do is point parents to this page.
(This is the setup used by about 90% of our schools, but PTCfast has the flexibility to handle almost any school or individual teacher needs.)
