Prior to your appointment make sure that you have obtained a FASFA ID for both the student and parent. For your appointment bring a copy of your 2015 taxes (or 2014 if you haven't done 2015), any income information such as W-2's, pay stubs, bank statements for parent(s) and student. You will need driver's license and social security numbers for the student. Appointments are held in the Career and College Center (Room 128) at Windham High School.
