Welcome to the CSHS baseline concussion scheduling system. All student-athletes participating in a sport at Cardinal Spellman must complete a baseline concussion test every two years. *NOTE- If you are trying out for Football you DO NOT need to sign up here. All testing for football will take place the first day of tryouts on Friday August 16th.* Testing for all other sports will take place Saturday August 17th and Monday August 19th in the CSHS computer lab. Please follow registration instructions and sign up for an available time slot. Testing will take approximately 45 minutes. Please report to the main office entrance to check in.
